2. Heard Shri J. P. D'Souza, learned Advocate who contended that the applicant is not involved in any offence

2 Cr.M.A.B. No. 15/2020 alleged against her and besides she has furnished her detailed local address in Form 'C' which is a part of the record and that she may be released on bail on certain terms and conditions.

3. Shri S. R. Rivankar, learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the applicant has not been disclosing her address and that even when she had been taken out of the lockup and interrogated, she has not been showing her present address in Goa. He further submitted that there is every possibility of the applicant indulging in such illegal activities again if released on bail and therefore, bail be denied to the applicant.

4. i have heard Shri J. P. D'Souza, learned Advocate for the applicant who once again reiterated that she may be put to terms and conditions and enlarged on bail and Shri S. R. Rivankar, learned Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State.

5. Without going into the merits of the case, no purpose would be achieved by detaining the applicant in custody. Therefore, i order the release of the applicant on bail on the following terms and conditions:-

1. She shall be enlarged on bail on executing bail bonds in the amount of `50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) and furnishing a local surety in coextensive amount to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Panaji.

2. She shall co-operate with the course of investigation, furnish detailed address to the investigating officer and otherwise not intimidate the witnesses and shall not tamper with the trial.

3. The applicant shall report at the Police Station for a week with effect from tomorrow i.e. 18.01.2020 from 10.00 hrs. to 12.00 noon.

4. The applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of the Court and the State of Goa without the prior permission of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Panaji.

5. The applicant shall furnish the attested copy of the Passport to the investigating officer.

6. In these terms the application stands disposed off.

7. Parties to act on the basis of the authenticated copy of this order.
