Considering the grounds urged on behalf of the applicants and that substantial investigation in the case has been done, the presence of the applicants to my mind would not be required in custody only for the purpose of recovering the Sale Deed and/or obtaining the handwriting of the applicants/accused. Therefore,

crmab no.98 of 2019 without going further into the details of the crime alleged against the applicants, the applications for bail in anticipation of arrest are allowed on the following terms and conditions: (i) In the event of arrest, the applicants shall be enlarged on bail on execution of Personal Bonds in the amount of ₹25,000/- and on furnishing one local surety in coextensive amount to the satisfaction of the learned JMFC, Ponda.

(ii) The applicants shall report at the Police Station, Ponda between 10.00 hrs. to 13.00 hrs. for a week with effect from 01/05/2019.

(iii) The applicants shall cooperate with the course of investigation including producing the documents as and when called upon to do so and submitting handwriting and lastly shall not tamper with or intimidate the witnesses in whatsoever manner. 5.
