Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties. The present application is filed to seek extension of time for the disposal of the Special Case No.86/2013 imposed by this Court by its order dated 14th August, 2014. By the aforesaid order, the learned Trial Court was directed to expedite the trial and dispose of it in accordance within law, within a period of six months, from the date of receipt of such direction.

The present application is filed by one of the litigants. It was for the concerned Presiding Officer to seek such extension of time by giving reasons for non-disposal of the case within the stipulated period. However, in view of no objection given by Mr. Rivankar, the

CRMA/213/2015 learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, time is extended by six months from today to dispose of the aforesaid Special Case.
