2. Though Shri S. D. Lotlikar, learned Senior Counsel appearing for

MCA/625/2015 the private Respondent no. 7 has vehemently opposed the application for amendment on the ground that such amendment would change the nature of the proceedings and the allegations made therein are without any basis, nevertheless, as the Petition has not been admitted, leave to amend is granted. Amendment to be carried out by tomorrow i.e. 23.09.2015.

3. Needless to say, all the contentions of the Applicants and the allegations required to be incorporated therein are left open.

4. Liberty to the parties to file additional reply, if any, within two weeks.
