Shri Pangam, learned Advocate for the applicants presses for the stay of the Judgment and Award dated 04/09/2017 on the premise that the respondents would withdraw the amount awarded in their favour. His other contention was that he was secured by an order of stay initially for 30 days which was further extended by 15 days pursuant to the order dated 29/09/2017. In view thereof, stay is granted of the impugned Judgment and Award.
