Reply filed. Considering the grounds urged in the application also the fact that the appeal stands admitted on 25.01.2018, it is necessary to stay the execution of the Decree dated 07.05.2012 confirmed by the District Judge by the Judgment and Decree dated 24.07.2017.

2. In view thereof, stay is granted.

Considering the advanced age of the parties to these proceedings and that the scope of the dispute appears to be restricted to the matrimonial issue alone, both the learned Counsels are called upon to ensure the presence of the parties to work out an amicable settlement between the parties which would resolve the disputes between them without any prejudice to the rights and contentions in the Second Appeal.
