This is an application for condonation of delay of 216 days in filing the criminal revision application.

2. I have heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the respondent no. 1 in person. It is not disputed that an amount of Rs.25,000/-, alongwith an amount of Rs.5,000/- has been deposited before this Court. In fact the parties have compounded the offence.

3. In that view of the matter, the application is allowed. The delay in filing the criminal revision application is condoned. Let the criminal revision application be registered. C. V. BHADANG, J.
