Heard Mr. Pangam, learned Advocate General for the applicants and Mr. Menezes, learned Counsel for the original petitioner.

2. This is an application for extension of time to comply with the directions issued by us in our order dated 07.08.2019 by which PILWP No.16 of 2018 was disposed off.

3. From a perusal of the application, we are satisfied that steps are being taken to ensure compliance. The directions have been

MCA/1010/2019 set out in paragraph 4 of the Civil Application.

4. Accordingly, insofar as full compliance with the directions at clauses (II), (IV) and (VI) of paragraph 4 of the Civil Application are concerned, the time limit is extended to 30.11.2019 as prayed for. Insofar as direction at clause (IX) is concerned, extension is granted up to 31.12.2019. Insofar as direction at clause (V) is concerned, extension is granted up to 15.02.2020. We note the statement made by the learned Advocate General. Insofar as other directions are concerned, the same stand suitably complied with.

5. Mr. Menezes, the learned Counsel pointed out that there are atleast two private hospitals in the State of Goa which have made facilities in relation to the issue of organ transplantation. He submits that suitable directions be issued for availing the services of these private establishments.

6. According to us, in this application seeking extension of time, it is not possible to issue such blanket directions. However, if as Mr. Menezes, learned Counsel, pointed out that these two hospitals have already been registered or notified under the provisions of the said Act, then the law will take its own course.
