Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent nos.1 and 2.

2. For reasons mentioned in the application, I find that the condition of attendance can be relaxed to a certain extent. Accordingly, the condition no.(iv) is modified. The applicant shall attend the Investigating Agency on first Monday of every month from 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and as and when required by the Investigating Officer. This condition shall operate during the pendency of the investigation until filing of chargesheet.
