(a) The petition is hereby dismissed.

(b) The impugned orders dated 20.10.2015 and 27.10.2015, are hereby confirmed.

(c) However, the order dated 27.10.2015 is kept in abeyance, for a period of three months, in order to enable the petitioners to satisfy the money decree.

(d) The amount of Rs.3 crores lying before this Court, alongwith

WP/1025/2015 interest, if any, shall be paid to the respondent no. 1, after a period of six weeks.
