Considering the averments made specifically in paragraphs 2 and 3 and also for the fact that when the matter was dismissed at the admission stage, none appeared for the Respondents for want of service. For the default of Advocate, the Petitioner should not suffer. On merits of the matter as the dismissal in such fashion results into dismissal of his main case also. The matter is pertaining to removal of service. 1/2
