Heard learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2. 2.

In view of the averments made in paragraph 3 and 4 of the application, a case for restoration is made out. Accordingly, application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). As the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are represented by an Advocate, it is not necessary to issue notice of restoration to the Respondents.
