This is an application under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for issue of a witness summons. The arbitral tribunal has already granted its consent to the prayer. The Respondents have been given notice of this application. Respondent No.5 is present in Court. She has no objection to the prayer being granted.

Accordingly, the Petitioner's application is granted. Witness summons is directed to be issued for oral evidence as well as production of documents mentioned in para 7 of the civil application. Office is directed to act on an authenticated copy of this order and issue a witness summons immediately.
