Perused the impugned order. After having heard both the sides, I direct that, i.
the applicant be released on bail in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with one solvent surety in like amount or cash amount of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) in lieu of surety;
ii.
the applicant shall deposit 25% of the cheque amount in the appellate Court within four weeks. If this part of the order is not complied with, the bail order shall stand canceled automatically and he shall be taken into custody. 3.
