This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to punish the respondents for committed contempt of the order passed in W.P.No.32018 of 2005 dated 02.03.2006.

2. On the earlier occasion, the concerned Register called for and verified. Therefore, the contempt petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to prove that during the pendency of the said order if any of the persons had been sponsored, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a fresh contempt petition.
