Challenging the order passed in E.A.No.4 of 2009 in O.P.No.160 of 2001 by the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commision, the respondents in the application have filed the above Civil Revision Petition. 2.Even at the time of ordering notice on 04.04.2014, this Court raised a doubt with regard to the maintainability of the Civil Revision Petition. Since the order passed by the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commision is an appelable order under Section 21 read with Rule 14 (A) of the Consumer Protection Act, the Civil Revision Petition filed by the petitioners under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is not maintainable and the Civil Revision Petition is rejected on the ground of maintainability of the revision. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
