ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by N.PAUL VASANTHAKUMAR, J.) Heard Mr.V.Ravikumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate (Education) appearing for the respondents.

2. This contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of the direction issued in W.P.No.19106 of 2010, dated 29.07.2011 to extend the benefit of G.O.Ms.No.234, School Education Department dated 10.9.2009.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Education) has now produced the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1249/A2/2010, dated Nil issued by the official respondents holding that there is no difference in pay, as the petitioners are getting more pay than the benefit entitled under G.O.Ms.No.234 dated 10.9.2009.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are apprehending that their pension may be reduced. The learned Government Advocate stated that pension will not be reduced. The said submission is recorded. The copy of the said proceedings was furnished to the individual petitioners. If the petitioners are not satisfied with the said proceedings, it

is open to them to challenge the same in separate proceedings.

5. The contempt petition is closed, with the above liberty.
