This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner, praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the Respondent in Order No.17579 of 2011 dated 28.10.2011, quash the same.

The Petitioner has enclosed the renewal of the CHA license issued to the Petitioner which was suspended earlier and impugned in this Writ Petition, which seems to indicate that the Petitioner is entitled to carry on CHA license to operate/to transact business at Bangalore and Mumbai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. A copy of the renewal letter dated 12.07.2015 shall form part of the order. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
