Application No.3369 of 2015 T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J.

By order, dated 21.05.2015, this Court appointed an Advocate Commissioner to seize and possess the vehicle in question. He was paid a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) as initial remuneration.

2. Pursuant to the warrant of commission issued by this Court to seize the vehicle, today, it is represented by the Advocate Commissioner that the vehicle could not be traced, as it is reported by the respondent that the same has been missing. He has also filed a memo to that effect.

3. Hence, this application stands closed, giving liberty to the applicant to file a fresh application, if so warrants. 4.Today, the learned Advocate Commissioner has sought for additional remuneration. Considering the same, a further sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) is directed to be paid by the applicant as additional remuneration within a period of one week from
