SUNDARANATHAN, Advocate for the 2nd Respondent and 1st Respondent not appearing either in person or by an Advocate, the court made the following order:- The prayer sought for in this petition to stay the decree and judgment dated 28.02.2020 made in O.S.No.7921 of 2019 on the file of the III Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, cannot be granted at this stage, since this Court, by order dated 02.06.2021 in C.M.P.Nos.6388 and 6399 of 2021, had already granted an order of status-quo to be maintained by the parties. Accordingly, C.M.P.6389 of 2021 is dismissed.
