The matter is posted today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that the plaint to be returned by this Court, has to be presented before the Jurisdictional Court.

2.Considering the said submission made, the Registry is directed to return the plaint to the counsel appearing for the applicant along with the Court fee. The applicant is at liberty to present the same before the concerned Jurisdictional Court. As and when the same is presented, the concerned Jurisdictional Court will have to take the plaint and number the same subject to the other compliances, including the payment of adequate Court fee.
