This application filed to appoint Mr.K.SENTHIL KUMARAN working as State Collection Head (Employee ID:04347) as Receiver to seize and deliver the Assets as detailed herein in below, which is available at Borrowers premises or wherever found and permit the receiver to obtain police aid and to break open the premises to seize and deliver the said asset in peaceful manner.
2. A statement had been made across the Bar that the machineries had been voluntarily surrendered to the applicant.
3. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, no further adjudication is required to be made in the application.
