Crl.O.P.No.32243 of 2014 R.SUBBIAH, J., The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 497, 325, 307, 506(ii) r/w 34 IPC in Crime No.1624 of 2014 and seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on account of family dispute, the petitioner attacked the de facto complainant. Hence, a case has been registered against the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the de facto complainant is wife of the petitioner and the petitioner is no way connected with the case.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
