O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed against the noncompliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.13738 of 2014 dated 164.05.2014.

2.The learned counsels appearing on either side submits that the order has been fully complied with, however, in respect of one of the petitioners, it is stated that the said petitioner is no more and on production of legal heirship certificate, the respondents agree to effect payment.

3.Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
