ORDER

The learned counsel for the respondent makes a statement that the order of this Court has been complied with. The petitioner side is either not represented or without information. Today is the one day where the petitioner counsel chose to appear, but still does not possess any information confirming the statement of the respondent's counsel.

2. An action in contempt is not like an execution petition. And this Court cannot keep posting the same matter multiple times informing the response of the petitioner, hence, this Court closes this contempt petition. If the petitioner were to contend that the statement made by the respondent is false, she is required to file an affidavit to that effect. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
