Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.BALA GOPAL, SPL.GOVT.PLEADER-AS, for the petitioner in all the petitions, the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the petitioner submits that the issue involved is covered by the orders of this Court, confirmed by the Apex Court, wherein Rs.4,000/- per cent has been fixed as against Rs.5,300/- fixed by the Reference Court which is under appeal before us.
2.Considering the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, there shall be an order of interim stay. Notice returnable in four weeks.
