This is an amendment petition.

2. In Crl.O.P.No.33214 of 2014 dated 23.12.2014, this Court granted anticipatory bail.

3. Mistakenly the satisfaction Court has been mentioned as Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvotriyur instead of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri and the same is required to be amended.

4.(i) Petition allowed.

(ii) In the order dated 23.12.2014 in Crl.O.P.No.33214 of 2014, the satisfaction Court shall be read as Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri.

(iii) Time is extended for 15 days from the date of receipt of amended order copy to comply with the order dated 23.12.2014.

(iv) The amendment shall be carried out in the original order dated 23.12.2014.

(v) Office shall issue fresh order copy after carrying out the amendment.
