Heard Mr.Mr.R.Vasudevan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Navaneethan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent and Mr.V.Anandhamurthy, learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent and the learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3, the Writ Petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The writ petitioner is the owner of the Plot bearing Door No.13/B3, Block No.1, Mogappair West Scheme, Tamil Nadu Housing Board, J.J.Nagar West, Mogappair, Chennai - 600 037. The adjacent plot bearing No.13/A measuring an extent of 230 square feet is being used as a dumping yard causing nuisance to the wirt petitioner. He has therefore submitted a representation dated 21.12.2017, to the second respondent seeking allotment of the said adjacent site. The second respondent is directed to consider the said representation in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, there is no order as to costs.
