This is an amendment petition.

2. In Crl.O.P.No.33631 of 2014 dated 30.12.2014, this Court granted anticipatory bail.

3. Mistakenly the petitioner's name has been mentioned as Murugan @ Balamurugan instead of Murugan @ Barmurugan and the same is required to be amended.

4.(i) Petition allowed.

(ii) In the cause title the order dated 30.12.2014 in Crl.O.P.No.33631 of 2014, petitioner's name shall be read as Murugan @ Barmurugan.

(iii) Time is extended for 15 days from the date of receipt of amended order copy to comply with the order dated 30.12.2014.

(iv) The amendment shall be carried out in the original order dated 30.12.2014.

(v) Office shall issue fresh order copy after carrying out the amendment.
