ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.29505 of 2018, dated 6.10.2023, the petitioner has filed this contempt petition.
2. The respondent has filed a status report, in which, it is stated that the respondent had successfully evicted all 65 encroachers listed in the status report from the public waterbodies, ensuring that not a single party has been left out, omitted or granted any relaxation.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent also submits that all the encroachments have been removed and now there are no encroachments to be removed.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the said submission made by learned counsel for the respondent.
In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
