Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Senior Government Pleader, Puducherry, for the respondents.

2. The petitioners have produced the acknowledgment given by Assistant Commercial Tax Officer, Mahe, dated 30 March 2015, in token of payment of Rs.1.50 crores, towards the payment of arrears.

3. The third petitioner has filed an affidavit, undertaking that the entire amount would be paid immediately after the registration of the remaining extent of property in favour of the purchaser.

4. The petitioners are directed to pay the balance amount as expeditiously as possible. The earlier order directing the respondents not to take any coercive action is extended till the disposal of the matter.
