The present criminal original petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.894 of 2011 on the file of the first respondent herein.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.894 of 2011, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore and the same was taken on file as P.R.C.No.31 of 2013.
