(Delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Review is not a re-hearing, unless it can be shown that there is an error apparent on the face of record. The judgment dated 16.3.2020 rejecting the appeal was passed after the appellant was heard. Apart from this, the order dated 24.10.2018 passed by the learned Single Judge is in detail and, therefore, the appellant has come out with excuses in his review grounds, which are neither correct, nor tenable.
