When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a typographical error in the order dated 31.12.2020, wherein the crime number has been stated as "Crime No.823 of 2020" instead of "Crime No.245 of 2019". Therefore the same may be incorporated in the order dated 31.12.2020.
