M.P.No.1 of 2015 in Crl. OP No.18020 of 2014 P.N.PRAKASH, J, This Court has granted interim Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner on 11.11.2014 for a period of eight months on certain conditions.

2.As far as this petitioner is concerned condition No.(d) may be relevant.

(d): the petitioner shall rectify the plan within eight months from the date of this order failing which the anticipatory bail will stand cancelled automatically.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that if some more time is granted, the petitioner will be able to comply with the said condition.

4.Under such circumstances, eight weeks time is granted.
