ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint dated 28.11.2015 within the stipulated period.

2. The petitioner lodged a complaint as against one Selvaraj, Kuppammal on the allegation of cheating and threatening. Hence he lodged complaint as against the above said persons on 28.11.2015 before the respondent police.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the complaint was lodged as early as on 28.11.2015, no action has been taken on the said complaint.

Hence the petitioner has come forward with this petition.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on completion of enquiry, the complaint given by the petitioner has been closed after recording the statements of both sides. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6. Recording the submission of learned Additional Public prosecutor, since the complaint has been closed, now nothing survives in this petition. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. msr To
