ORDER
The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 23.05.2017 passed by the 1st respondent and to quash the same and consequentially direct the 1st respondent to implement the framing of scheme as ordered by them in W.E.A.No.15/2004/E5/ Chennai dated 02.06.2010.
2. Since the petitioner has got a remedy by way of an appeal before the Wakf Tribunal, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is rejected and liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order by way of an appeal before the Wakf Tribunal, in accordance with law. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
