This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 09.12.2021 made in W.P.No.10730 of 2019. 2.It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that as against the order of this Court dated 09.12.2021 made in W.P.No.10730 of 2019, the petitioners have filed writ appeal in W.A.No.100 of 2022 before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court and further submitted that the very same petitioners have filed yet another writ petition.

3.Since the petitioners have filed writ appeal before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court instead of sending reply to the show cause notice impugned in the writ petition, this Contempt Petition is closed.
