Heard Mr.Sankarasubbu, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.K.Gunasekar, learned Senior Central Government Standing Counsel who accepts notice for the respondents and with their consent the Writ Petitions are taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioners seek for concluding the proceedings which have been initiated by the first respondent in respect of the Provident Fund claim. Since already summon was issued on 28.7.2011 and their appears no further proceedings in the matter, the petitioners are before this Court, after submitting a representation dated 21.3.2014, to the first respondent. 3.In the light of the above, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.3.2014, sent through his counsel and if the enquiry is yet to be completed, the enquiry shall proceed in accordance with law and final orders shall be passed, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
