The present criminal original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.809 of 2013 pending on the file of the first respondent.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.809 of 2013, after completion of investigation, was referred as 'Mistake of Fact' vide RCS No.31 of 2013.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed.
