2. This Court by order dated 19.08.2020 directed the learned Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Vellore to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.44 of 2005 (Old O.S.No.280/1996), within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. The learned Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Vellore has addressed a letter dated 09.04.2021 to the Registry seeking extension of time for the reasons stated in the said letter.

3. This Court has perused the letter dated 09.04.2021 sent by the learned Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Vellore and is satisfied with the reasons for not disposing of the said petition within the time stipulated by this Court. Accordingly, this Court grants further time of six months for the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.44 of 2005 (Old O.S.No.280/1996) from the date of receipt of the communication of this order from the Registry.
