This petition is filed by the petitioner to modify the conditions that he should pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- within ten working days from the date of coming out of bail and the petitioner should report before the respondent police station daily twice till 22.08.2016 and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the intervenor and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has deposited Rs.5,00,000/- before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli. He further submitted that title deeds have already been produced in terms of order dated 02.08.2016 and Interim bail is granted till 29.08.2016.

4. It is open to the defacto complainant to file a necessary application to withdraw the amount. If such application being filed, the Trial Court shall consider the same and release the amount to the defacto complainant. It is open to the court below to ascertain in the Sub Registrar Office, whether the title deeds produced are genuine to prove his bonafide.

5. In view of the above, bail is granted and this Miscellaneous Petition is modified on the above terms.
