ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, seeking for a limited relief. 2.The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of O.P. No.9 of 2023, pending on the file of the V Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai. 3.The petitioner is the wife and the respondent is her husband. O.P. No.9 of 2023 was filed by the petitioner against the respondent seeking for

dissolution of marriage. The present status of O.P. No.9 of 2023 is in the part heard stage and it is posted for cross examination of the respondent.

4. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the V Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai to dispose of O.P. No.9 of 2023 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

6.For the foregoing reasons, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of by directing the V Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai to dispose of O.P. No.9 of 2023 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
