As far as this application filed for interim custody of the minor children is concerned, the parties are arrived at a settlement in mediation and entered into a Memorandum of Understanding dated 18.12.2023, which is also placed before this Court by the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Court and the same shall form part and parcel of the records.

2.The parties shall adhere to the conditions as agreed by them.

3.Recording the settlement arrived at between the parties, this application is closed.

4.Post the main Original Petition for filing counter on 22.01.2024 finally.
