ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, seeking for a limited relief. 2.The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of O.S. No.497 of 2019, pending on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Salem. 3.The suit has been filed for declaration and permanent injunction. The pleadings have been completed in the suit and the suit is ripe for trial. According to the petitioner, there is no progress shown in the suit even though the suit was filed as early as in the year 2019 itself.

4. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the II Additional District Judge, Salem to dispose of O.S. No.497 of 2019 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.Since no adverse orders are passed against respondents 1 and 2, notice to respondents 1 and 2 is dispensed with.

6.For the foregoing reasons, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of by directing the II Additional District Judge, Salem to dispose of O.S. No.497 of 2019 within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
