This contempt petition is filed by complaining that the order dated 13.12.2019 passed by this Court in W.M.P.No.35394 of 2019 in W.P.No.34645 of 2019 has not been complied with. 2.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the increment was not granted to the petitioner, since the petitioner has not cleared Teachers Eligibility Test [TET].
3.The contempt arose out of an interim order passed by this Court and if the petitioner has a grievance with regard to the non-payment of the increments, it is left open to the petitioner to agitate the same in the pending writ petition. It is left open to the option of the petitioner to either agitate the issue in the pending writ petition or to clear the TET. Page No. 2/3
