When the matter is taken up for hearing, a memo dated 19.12.2014 was filed on behalf of the first respondent. On seeing the said memo dated 19.12.2014, the learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly stated that in view of the said memo filed by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the first respondent, no further adjudication is necessary in this writ petition.
2. The memo dated 19.12.2014 filed by the first respondent is extracted hereunder:- "The counsel for the first respondent submits that the petitioner in the above mentioned writ petition prayed that this Honorable Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to issue the redemption certificate for their performance of the export obligation.
The counsel for 1st respondent submits that export obligation discharge certificate was issued on 11.05.2004 and 28.06.14 for their license and hence nothing survives in the writ petition. Hence it is prayed that the Honorable Court may be pleased to dismiss the above mentioned writ petition and render justice."
