O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 13.06.2023 made in W.P.No.15463 of 2023. 2.Pursuant to the statutory notice ordered on 24.11.2023, the respondents 1 to 3 / contemnors, appeared before this Court today (22.12.2023). The further appearance of the respondents 1 to 3/ contemnors is dispensed with.

3.It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that this Court vide order dated 13.06.2023 made in W.P.No.15463 of 2023 directed the respondents to consider the 2/4

petitioner's representations dated 09.05.2023 and 12.05.2023 and to pass appropriate orders, pursuant to which, the respondents have passed order dated 19.12.2023.

4.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed.
