ORDER

During the course of arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

2. Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition. There shall be no order as to costs.
