The petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.206 of 2011 pending on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after completing the investigation of the case in Crime No.206 of 2011, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Namakkal and the same has also been taken on file as CC No.422 of 2016.

3. Since the charge sheet has already been filed against the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
